With the COVID‑19 pandemic affecting every part of our lives, numerous companies are trying to combat the problem with the latest protocols and chemical products, but not all are safe or effective.
BioSecure has proprietary products and has shown to eliminate not only the COVID‑19 virus but potentially any other pathogen that might spread in the future and are proven to be extremely safe.

Our water-based sanitizers add a long-lasting antibacterial protective layer to hands and surfaces. Once dry, they resemble a layer of microscopic pins that attract, pierce, and kill pathogens, like a balloon landing on a pin, similar principle. It is designed to be incorporated with routine hand washing and surface cleaning to provide enhanced protection in between.

Our products are made from 99% deionized water, 1% active ingredient (Quaternary Ammonium Compound). Our products do not contain alcohol or poisonous harmful ingredients.

Yes. Our hand sanitizer should be used in conjunction with regular hand washing to help keep pathogens at bay continuously.

If your item arrived damaged, different, or not working? You are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

  1. Within 3 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
  2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  3. If approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Where do I send returns?

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
